Olive Garden

Just blown away this year as there was no wait for Veterans Day and our server Skye (I believe is her name) was on point. As young as she is she demonstrated such patience and had the work ethic we look for in a server, and apparently she had only been there for about a month. The food was amazing too. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Great place even for my family of 6 almost 7. Tyler is a great server and has great attention to detail. The manager chris is also a great guy. Highly recommend the Lee's summit olive garden! From the cowboys fan

Had dinner here tonight. Food was excellent and was served by Joey, who was one of the best waiters I've had anywhere. Thank you for making my granddaughters birthday dinner memorable. He was very polite, remembered every order and was attentive and right there with refills and extra breadsticks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Delicious as always! Tried the watermelon margarita, if you haven’t had it I recommend trying!

My granddaughter chose this place to celebrate her 14th birthday tonight. . I am a General manager of a restaurant and am a stickler for great service. Aaron was AMAZING. Will make sure to ask for him again.

I have never had and issue with going here! I Loved that everyone was there for you asking thing at appropriate times instead of all the time. The food was really good at a very decent price. I would recommend this place to everyone if you have never been!

we ordered by PHONE. and picked it up. There were people outside wearing masks and gloves. our order was delivered to our car almost immediately and it was such an easy process. we may eat there every night. when we got home and unloaded the sack everything was perfect exactly how we had ordered it. the salad came with dressing and extra cheese and croutons. Both our meals were delicious the breadsticks were great. We have not had such a good meal since all this plague business began. They even included two mints in the sack.

My first time having it but it won't be my last. I loved it. Eggplant Parmesan with angel hair pasta. Apple pie with ice cream 😍😍😍

We stopped in for a quick dinner after shopping, we didn't want anything big, so the waitress was more than happy to split a Chicken Parmesan dinner for us. It was literally perfect. We both still had leftovers to take home for our lunch at work the next day. Out of ONE dinner entree. Generously portioned, bottomless salad and bread sticks., if you leave hungry, it'll be your fault! This location is so nice, it's always clean, the staff always goes above and beyond, and the food is always fresh. Our bill was around $20, and we essentially got 4 meals.

Of all of the places we have ordered food during this pandemic, Olive Garden was true to form in the curbside food ... from the presentation in the box to the quality of the food, as great as if we were at the restaurant

Slooooooow service. Pretty sure i got food poisoning. :( Food was sooooo sloooow that they said they would send the manager. Never did send the manager. Just horrible. Will never return.

Great food. Great service. I love that they have full ingredients listed on their electronic table devices, because my grandson has severe allergies.

I had the shrimp scampi (light?). It was good but it really didnt have that much flavor and wasn't that hot. I was in a large group though so our servers were great and everything came out in about 45minutes.. luckily we had bread sticks and salad/soup!

Olive Garden continues to surprise me. I have a hard time giving any national chain restaurant 5 stars but this particular Olive garden is very good. The service was great and staff friendly. Food was cooked to order and salad was fresh. After a small snowstorm, this was a great place to get a little comfort food.

This Olive Garden is absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I came here for veterans day, and truly felt served. I've been to a lot of these restaurants, and this one stands out the most. Today we had Maddie Mad dog and she did a great job. We have visited many times over the years and will continue to do so.

Wonderful service and great food. The calamari was recommended to me by my waitress, and it was fried perfectly where the batter was so light, I was not a big fan of the red sauce though. The meatball pizza bowl was pretty good. The salad was good as expected. The chocolate chunkin pumpkin cheesecake was delicious, a great balance between sweet and spice and good texture balance from the chocolate chunks, the cheesecake and the crust. Nikki was a great waitress and she couldn't have been better. 11/10 would recommend coming back.

The place was clean and the service was great but the spaghetti was lame and the eggplant parmigiana was just little medallions I wasn’t impressed but it’s just Olive Garden nothing special about the place.

The service was fast and the food was great. My only concern was I had to wait for mushrooms that were suppose to be in my meal, other then that great experience.

The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant. Superb place to take the family out for dinner.

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants! We've been to this location many times with no issues. But the last time my friends and I came here, it was not good. We put our name in for 4 and told 25 mins. We sat down with the beeper and waited, and waited and waited and waited! People were coming in and going and still we sat! We had checked after about 40 min and told it would be soon. Over an hour later we asked for manager and he looked at the list and told us we were down with a party of 24! We never told the hostess we were 24 because she asked twice and both me and my friend said 4 and I always believe a picture is worth a thousand words and held up four fingers! Our food was compted but no admission of fault was expressed. What establishment would take a walk in during rush hour for 24 people anyway? It seemed like an excuse that might have been used before to cover a mistake on their part for failure to call on us. Shift blame to customer? Shame on you!

Best Olive Garden in Kansas City, Missouri! Other Olive Gardens in my area don't measure up. A good example is the lasagna, at other franchises you get about 33% less. I'll start not to mention any names (Independence) OOPS I DID IT! Sorry, but when you have to see l ask for the manager to give you a discount and three meals went back to the kitchen and the bread sticks had so much garlic powder in them you can't eat them something is wrong. I'll never eat there again, thank you Lee's Summit your the best!

If you get a chance to go here, ask to sit in Brooke's section. She really made our 2 year anniversary a special experience! Super friendly, and even gave us a complimentary dessert that she wrote "happy 2nd anniversary" in chocolate on the plate! I loved this place before, but love it even more now! Will definitely be going back again!

Good service, clean atmosphere & the food was great.

We tried the Sirloin w/Fettuccine and the Shrimp Rigatoni. The Shrimp Rigatoni was really good. Flavor had a nice rich taste with thick creamy sauce and an edge smokiness. This dish was served hot. The Steak dish was medicore. It was served barely warm the Fettuccine was warmer than the meat. I ordered steak medium, but one side of it was well while the other was closer to medium rare. Whatever the vegetable was, it was crunchy with a tangy taste. They sat us under a cold vent which made the evening less enjoyable. Our server was great and friendly. Foodwise, I wasn't overly impressed for an Olive Garden experience Lee Summit style.

Food brought to us in a brown grocery bag not an Olive Garden bag. Wrong soup, dried up bread sticks and no silverware or napkins in the bag. The lady brought our food to us but was not as friendly until she saw the cash tip. Unbelievable how every server thinks they deserve a tip when they judge you and give you lousy service. Even if its carry out. We called our order in while we were in the parking lot. When she brought our food to us I asked her if we threw the employees off by not ordering before we got arrived. She responded with yes. I said aww I'm sorry. No reply she took our card to run it.

We put in our party name and number onto their waiting list and were given a buzzer. We waited long past the estimated wait time (we only had a party of four). When I went up there to ask where we were on the list, the hostess couldn't find our name! Despite the fact that they had even asked how the name was spelled! Turns out the buzzer we were given had been deactivated before they even gave it to us, and that our party was never even put onto the wait list. We received no apology for their mistake, nor any incentive to make up for the hour we waited there and lost. Ended up going to Chick-fil-A, where the service was infinitely better. I will not be returning.

Nice busy Olive Garden location. The food here is pretty consistent and the service is always very nice. Picking up orders to go is a great option. Or, just visit and sit at the bar.

Christian store manager is out standing , it is always a heaven on earth when ever we go there in Lee's summit Missouri olive garden.

The food was amazing. I hate myself for forgetting are waitresses name but she had really short hair small petite girl she has braces. We were seated quickly so getting in and getting out was pretty fast it was my buddies and I first time there one of them even left their Snapchat name for the waitress which I thought that was pretty funny and getting our food was quick that was great.

The to go Specialist was superb. She was very thorough and courteous. The food was excellent.

The staff is wonderful. I eat there and do take out for their wonderful salads When I have a group coming to my house, the salad to go is great. I get breadsticks, dressing, croutons, and the mints. Awesome.

Fresh and oh so yummy!! Salads are great and we always take advantage of never ending deals.

Very good curbside service. I stopped to place an order without calling ahead. One of the attendants kindly took my order in the parking lot. Very courteous. Great service. Great food.

Food is good. My daughter works there. They are very hard on their employees. So leave a good tip and a good review on their pad. Employees get fired for not getting good reviews. Also their managers scream at their employees all the time. I've heard it. Even for getting a sip of water . if an employee calls in to check their schedule the managers scream at them over the phone. They really need to do something with their managers of this place. It's abuse but the employees are scared of loosing their jobs so they don't want to say anything.

Our waitress was amazing! Super polite and she was even training someone.

It was good ...I'll leave it at that bc we found plastic in our salad ...but they gave us an extra brownie cake to not complain about it without saying "my bad"...food was good though

We used to go to Olive Garden all the time. Don't know what has changed, but the food isn't near as good and the service had a lot to be desired. Felt really bad for my granddaughter who chose Olive Garden to celebrate her big 18th birthday.
